No Excuses offers specialized meal plans online through email. Meal plans are tailored specifically for each indiviual according to their food preferences. Meal plans will be adapted weekly if necessary to continue to maintain the desired weight goals wether to lose weight or gain muscle and size. Client must agree to follow the plan as well as email in a food journal every week. The food journal will be returned the next day with advice on changes needing to be made if any. Weigh ins will be done weekly.
